| Work has been fairly busy for me as a one man team. but still i dont have a lot of time to market so i worry work might dry up. so far there is talk around town of slow down. Does any body else see it in their town? |

i'm busy right now but I've been hearing about clients starting to hang onto their wallets more . For the last several years I've had enough large projects nearly a year out but i only have about 3 months work right now. Unlike a lot of other guys though i am looking right now so that i do have the work later. this is notoriously the hardest part of the year. I hope spring picks up as usual and i should be ok. My grading sub has lowered his rates.
I thinkin of doing a spec house to give me work but i'm not sure if i'll be able to sell it in a year. |
